Assessment Specialist InterRAI CH (30-50%) We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence includes 123 apartments as well as a nursing department with 25 single rooms. At the center of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction. To reinforce our sympathetic nursing team, we are looking for an engaged and innovative Assessment Specialist InterRAI CH 30-50% starting immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you with us Execution and creation/collection of needs assessments, including service recording, for our residents using InterRAI HC Creation and updating of the respective care planning Assessment of nursing intensity and resources, taking into account independence and environment Collaboration with our nursing team, general practitioners, health insurance companies, hospitals, relatives, as well as interdisciplinary specialists Collaboration with Spitex management regarding tours and deployment planning Advising residents and relatives regarding nursing needs and support offers Handling resident admissions including data collection Responsibility for the planning and execution of reassessments Participation in quality assurance and further development of the needs assessment processes Documentation in the electronic nursing dossier What you bring with you Diploma FH; HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP Sound InterRAI HC and IT knowledge or the willingness to acquire it Service orientation High degree of organizational ability and good self-management Enjoyment of a coordinated and structured way of working Independent and proactive action Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing Communication skills, which you allow to flow empathetically into contact What you will find with us A responsible and varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility.
