Watchmaker Production EFZ

Goal of your vocational training with us
We want to promote your professional and social skills and lay the foundation for a successful learning process. With the latest working methods and modern work equipment, you will be prepared for your future profession. Internal training modules in cooperation with the Swatch Group as well as excursions with other apprentices complement your interesting apprenticeship.
During your three-year training as a Watchmaker Production, you will first receive basic training in the ETA training workshop and acquire all the necessary competencies related to future technical requirements. Afterwards, the specialized training begins, in which you deepen and consolidate your action competencies. This part of the training takes place both in the ETA training workshop and with us in the Production T2 and Customer Service departments.

Profile
For the profession of Watchmaker Production, manual talent, dexterity, and a love for detail are important. Very good mathematics skills and a completed compulsory school degree, ideally Sek E/Sek, are prerequisites.
