• 25 July 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • CHF 4-170 - 5-932 /month • Route de Bellevue 57, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains The Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. The Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Les Sources in Yverdon-les-Bains has 21 reception places in geriatrics; this reception site is open from Monday to Saturday. In this context, we are looking for a: Assistant socio éducatif·tive (F/H/D) - CDI - 80% - CAT Les Sources Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir have a common will: to accompany People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, allow the well-being and happiness of the People. In collaboration with the team or independently, you have the responsibility to prepare and organize daily socio-cultural activities for the People and, of course, to accompany them in their realization. You are an imaginative person who enjoys proposing new ideas and establishing contacts throughout the day. You know that organization and rigor in the transmission of information are indispensable to guarantee the smooth running of a structure. Finally and above all, the well-being of the People is close to your heart and you bring creativity to your interventions. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS • CFC as Socio-educational Assistant • 5 years of recognized experience in the field of geriatrics • Driving license B and ability to drive a minibus • Mastery of spoken and written French as well as mastery of IT tools • Dynamic, listening, flexible and organized personality • Ease of communication and collaboration • Creative spirit, autonomy and sense of initiative to develop stimulating and diversified activities. Good knowledge of the Nord vaudois region is appreciated.
