Our client operates directly at the border customs office and is looking for an experienced specialist for customs clearance in import and export towards Germany. Here you work close to the action.

Tasks ###

• declaring and clearing goods in import and export
• creating and checking customs declarations
• classifying goods according to the Swiss and EU customs tariff
• communicating with customers, freight forwarders and customs authorities
• checking accompanying documents and goods descriptions for completeness and correctness
• monitoring deadlines and ensuring smooth clearance
• processing discrepancies, inquiries and complaints

Requirements ###

• completed training as a customs declarant, freight forwarding agent or comparable commercial training
• professional experience in customs clearance, ideally at the border customs office or in traffic with Germany

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge
Passar - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
