Our comprehensive range of services extends from salary and payroll administration to personnel administration and outsourcing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as an HR Clerk (m/f/d) as of 1 June 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Processing and managing personnel administration from entry to exit
Creation of employment contracts, certificates and other personnel-relevant documents
Maintenance and management of personnel master data
Support in payroll accounting and social insurance administration
Advising employees and managers on personnel-relevant issues
Participation in HR projects and process optimizations
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Further training in the field of human resources (e.g., HR Clerk or HR Assistant)
Experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP HCM or ADP
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
