Tasks

• Contact person for various tasks in day-to-day business
• Organization and preparation of meetings
• Handling of general correspondence and various administrative tasks
• Processing and forwarding of inquiries from insurance companies, hospitals, etc.
• Completion and maintenance of reporting including controlling
• Documentation and archiving of patient information in electronic form (reports, imaging, etc.)

Profile

• Completed training as a Dentalassistent:in EFZ;
• Further training as a Dentalsekretär:in or another training with a commercial background is an advantage
• Ideally professional experience in a comparable function
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, efficient and independent way of working
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Outlook (appointment coordination) and Excel (creating and evaluating lists)
• Reliable and committed personality with a friendly and professional appearance
• High resilience, strong social competence and ability to work in a team
