What you can contribute

• Lead and organize the nursing service and guarantee basic medical care to patients
• Ensure collaboration between military authorities
• Instruct, lead, and manage militia personnel
• Manage medication, materials, and equipment of the Medical Service infrastructure
• Assume responsibility for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of care measures or prescribed measures

What makes you unique

• ES / HES nursing degree (general care, level 1 diploma, level 2 diploma, psychiatry, first responder diploma)
• Leadership experience, autonomous and flexible working method as well as a strong orientation towards services and solutions
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications, as well as the ability to quickly assimilate new software
• Availability to travel to provide support in other regions if necessary
• Category B driver's license
• Good written and oral knowledge of a second official language and proficiency in English would be an asset
