Night Shift Team Leader Night Shift Team Leader Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centers with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living, and counseling with a total of around 240 employees is a non-profit stock corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a proactive team leader for the night shift team at the Tägerhalde location, who will joyfully undertake the organizational, personnel, and professional leadership of the team of approx. 13 subordinate employees (planning, employee appraisals, team meetings, etc.). Your new tasks Ensuring professional nursing and care of the residents during the night shift Close cooperation and regular exchange with the direct supervisor and leading team meetings Responsibility for smooth interdisciplinary cooperation and all interfaces Enjoyment in actively participating in the design of new structures and professional development What you bring with you Training as a Dipl.
