Your main tasks ###

• Management of demanding projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Clear and target-group-oriented communication within the project teams as well as with all relevant stakeholders
• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of an efficient project organization
• Creation and maintenance of a goal-oriented project plan according to project objectives and customer requirements
• Coordination and alignment of the tasks and activities of the sub-projects
• Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and proactive control of the projects
• Regular reporting of project progress

Your profile ###

• Completed education as an engineer FH/ETH/TU in the field of medical technology, microtechnology, or mechanical engineering
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, or plastics processing
• Additional training in the field of business administration or project management is an advantage
• Strong hands-on mentality and joy in proactively driving topics forward
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
