Job description
Kita Zobra of Spital Zofingen AG cares for children aged 3 months to 6 years in two mixed-age groups according to the dual educational concept elmar. With a generous natural garden, regular forest days, plenty of movement and quiet recovery phases outdoors, we strengthen the children's immune systems and enable them to discover the world with all their senses. In doing so, we promote their independence in everyday life and accompany them mindfully and individually on their developmental path. Your tasks

You share responsibility for a mixed-age group of children as well as the planning and implementation of the daycare daily routine in consultation with the group leader and the other core group
Create a development-promoting atmosphere in which the children and the staff can feel safe, comfortable and develop on the basis of the dual educational concept elmar
Active design of outdoor experiences, we spend a lot of time outside in all weather
Record the children's portfolio and write progress assessment meetings
Competent and transparent cooperation with parents
Participation in and organization of meetings and events
Your profile

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ
Flexibility, independence, initiative, commitment and resilience
Self-reflection and motivation to want to develop further
A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you and you enjoy working across groups
Good organizational and planning skills
Good expression in German and good PC skills
