Architect Project Manager

Job Description ## The Direction de l'architecture et des bâtiments (DAB) ensures the planning, programming, development, construction, and maintenance of all buildings of the l-État de Vaud. In an enriching and dynamic environment, in your capacity as an architect project manager representing the client, you will contribute to the realization of exciting and emblematic projects of the canton de Vaud. Responsibilities ## • Coordinate and monitor the progress of projects according to the directives of the Direction générale des immeubles et du patrimoine and/or the Conseil d-État • Organize, pilot, and direct projects mandated to third parties while ensuring quality, respect for costs, and deadlines • Lead the planning and programming of mandates and manage construction operations • Conduct projects in close collaboration with user services • Conduct preliminary studies, manage mandataries, and chair meetings • Represent the Direction de l'architecture et des bâtiments to partners, third parties, the services of l-État de Vaud, and working groups. Qualifications ## • Holder of an EPF or HES Master's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or a title deemed equivalent • At least 10 years of professional experience in project management • Excellent knowledge in project management, economics, and spatial planning • Knowledge of public procurement procedures • Good writing skills, excellent organizational and planning skills • Autonomy, dynamism, ability to develop positive exchanges within networks of stakeholders and specialists, sense of responsibility and public service ethics.
