IT Specialist - Systems and Networks Administrator (M/F)

Main tasks ##

• Administer, supervise, and evolve the systems and networks infrastructure of the Foundation
• Manage servers, network, storage, backups, and associated services
• Ensure supervision, preventive maintenance, as well as monitoring of capacity, performance, and availability of systems
• Participate in the design, evolution, and consistency of the IT architecture
• Handle advanced N2/N3 level incidents and requests, in coordination with the team and external providers
• Participate in digitalization, modernization, and improvement projects of the information system
• Support business departments in the implementation and evolution of their IT tools, in connection with operational needs and technical constraints
• Contribute to cybersecurity, data protection, technical documentation, and IT best practices
• Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and popularize useful technical information to users

Technical environment ##

The position is set within a primarily Microsoft and internal infrastructure environment, including notably:

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, RDS, DNS and DHCP
• VMware / vSphere
• Backups with Veeam and Synology solutions
• Supervision and inventory with Observium and GLPI
• LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network, notably on Aruba environment
• First-level management of firewalls
• Antivirus / endpoint protection with Sophos
• Mobile device management via Sophos MDM

Required skills ##

• CFC in computer science or equivalent training, with 5 years of experience in the field, higher education in computer science or specific certifications: an asset
• Confirmed experience in systems, networks, security, and IT infrastructure administration
• Good knowledge of server, network, storage, backup, security, and associated services environments
• Experience in handling complex incidents and advanced level support
• Sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities
• Solution-oriented mindset, sense of service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders: users, business managers, IT team, providers, and project managers
• Interest in the social mission of the Foundation and willingness to contribute to its successful development
