In the areas of social assistance, child and adult protection, as well as alimony assistance, around 45 employees work in various teams and at two advisory centers. The Finance & Personnel department, which includes the mandate accounting, is managed centrally in Huttwil.  For our team, we are looking for as of 1. November 2026 or by arrangement a Clerk Mandate Accounting KES 100% ## Your tasks ### You independently manage the accounting for persons under guardianship from the opening of the operating account to the preparation of financial statements for the KESB. You assign incoming payments, post, and record them. Likewise, you manage accounts payable and disbursements. As needed, you support the social workers in the recording of asset inventories and advise them on financial matters. Your profile ### You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification. To be optimally equipped for work with us, good IT skills (MS-Office and possibly KLIB) are an advantage.
