To complete our Legal team, we are looking for a Lawyer holding a lawyer's patent 80 to 100% Job description: • Management of lease and rent procedures (Conciliation Commission, Tribunal, Court of Justice) (drafting of judicial writings and hearings) • Management of all other types of procedures (bankruptcies, lifting, other) • Internal information of these procedures and coordination of these files with other services • Support for other services of the administration in the management of their files (legal advice, drafting assistance) • Information and advice to owner clients • Establishment of yield calculations (absolute method) and relative calculations (relative method) • Entry into function: to be agreed Your profile: • Holder of a Swiss lawyer's patent • Having good knowledge of lease law and in particular methods of rent calculation • Respectful of ethics • Oriented towards customer service for lessors-lessees and other services of the administration • Pragmatic in the application of law and solution-oriented • Gifted in negotiation, having at heart to find agreements and not create conflictual situations • Gifted with human qualities aiming to help your colleagues in the management of their files • Liking to work in a team • Organized, rigorous, and autonomous in your work • Having good resistance to stress and knowing how to manage priorities • Native French language, good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German • Knowing how to write clearly and effectively • At ease with numbers • Mastering Word perfectly and having good basic knowledge of Excel • Motivated to join a united and competent team • Wishing to commit to the long term We offer you: • An activity within a large family administration with strong local roots • A job in a company attached to the values of respect and training • A position within our legal service directed by our internal lawyer • Good working conditions Interested?
