Healthcare Assistant - Plegehelfer - 80-100% Your missions Ensure the hygiene, comfort and accompaniment of patients in the acts of daily life. Observe the state of health of patients, transmit useful information and contribute to their safety. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in respect of care protocols and hygiene rules. Your profile Certificate of Healthcare Assistant CRS or recognized title in Switzerland. Experience in EMS, clinic, hospital or home care is an asset. OrTra or Red Cross training for medication distribution, an asset. Good knowledge of German required; knowledge of French is an advantage. Sense of listening, autonomy, team spirit and discretion. Main place of work: Leukerbad Entry into function: to be agreed ----------------------------------------------------- Your tasks • Ensuring the hygiene and well-being of patients as well as their support in the activities of daily life. • Observation of the state of health of patients, transmission of relevant information and an active contribution to their safety. • Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team under observance of the care protocols and hygiene regulations. Your profile • Completion as a Plegehelfer/in SRK or a recognized completion in Switzerland. • Experience in a nursing home, clinic, hospital or home care is an advantage. • A certification for medication distribution (e.g. via OrTra or Red Cross training) is an advantage. • Good German language skills are required; French language skills are an advantage. • Empathy, communication skills, independence, team spirit and discretion.
