Carpenter for Kitchen Assembly m/f

Job posting: Kitchen assembly professional (m/f/d) Experienced kitchen assemblers are sought who can work routinely and independently in all phases of kitchen assembly. Highest precision, professional customer communication and proven specialist practice are expected. Tasks: • Transport, inspection and complete assembly of all kitchen elements up to handover • Alignment, adjustment and assembly of base cabinets, worktops, wall cabinets, fronts, handles, accessories • Installation and safe connection of all electrical and water devices according to regulations • Customer briefing on device operation and handover • Careful cleaning of the workplace, disposal of packaging • Quality inspection and documentation of all assembly steps (digital solutions/tablets) • Identifying missing elements, reordering and offering sensible solution suggestions • Occasional dismantling of old kitchens Requirements: • Proven assembly of at least 200 kitchens including device connection and final assembly • Completed carpentry apprenticeship (EFZ or journeyman's certificate) or at least 5 years of proven full-time assembly practice • Outstanding manual skills in furniture construction/kitchen assembly • Safe handling of technical drawings and digital work tools • In-depth knowledge of electrical and sanitary connection technology • Physical resilience, sense of responsibility, high quality awareness • Solution-oriented, independent and customer-friendly work • German language skills (written and spoken) • Driver's license (at least category B) • Well-groomed appearance and reliability • Willingness to work occasional overtime if needed • Advantageous: Experience with premium manufacturers or international assemblies We offer: • High-quality, modern tools and digital work processes • Performance-based compensation in the range of 35 to 40 CHF per hour, depending on qualification and experience • Five to six weeks of vacation and flexible vacation regulations • Qualified further training (e.g. electrical, sanitary, digital applications) • Collegial, experienced team, short decision-making processes • Company vehicle possible if suitable • High appreciation through professional management • At least 50% of assembly work outside the company in Switzerland • Hotel stays for external work are 100% covered by the employer Application please exclusively with proof of assembly experience in the various systems, work certificates and driver's license copy.
