• Create and manage delivery and framework agreements with suppliers
• Complain about deliveries and cancel delivery orders
• Coordinate supplier audits as well as FSC-/PEFC requirements
• Organize and monitor stock levels and inventories
• Further develop the procurement market and supplier relationships
• Process purchasing processes from order to invoice verification and returns
• Ensure raw material procurement and production processing of Ölstraßen
• Coordinate offers, delivery dates and technical clarifications
• Vacation planning as well as personnel management tasks (reprimands/warnings)
