• Completed commercial or technical training
• Training or professional experience as a bricklayer is of great advantage
• Experience in sales or field service is an advantage
• Joy in consulting, sales, and long-term relationship building
• Confident appearance as well as good communication and negotiation skills
• High degree of personal responsibility and motivation
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Ideally residing in Central Switzerland or in the sales area
• Very good German skills
• Understanding and speaking Swiss German
• Italian language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Good user knowledge in MS Office

• Maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Active observation of the market and recognition of new sales opportunities
