Your Role You advise existing and new customers regarding CNC, CO₂, and fiber laser engravings as well as advertising technology. You develop graphic and typographic suggestions and prepare them as appealing proofs for execution for our customers. You calculate offers, create orders, and always keep the wishes of the customers in view. You coordinate the realization of orders, keep deadlines under control, and ensure smooth processes. You perform administrative tasks – reliably and in a structured manner. What you should bring with you: Completed training in the graphic or technical field (e.g., Advertising Technology Designer EFZ, Polygrapher, or comparable). Initial professional experience in the lettering industry – ideally in sales back office or project coordination. Technical understanding, a good eye for detail, and enjoyment of precise work. You write clearly, enjoy talking to people, and appear competent – whether via e-mail or in conversation. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Excel, Outlook, and Teams are part of your toolbox. You enjoy organizing, think ahead, and remain friendly and focused even in hectic moments. You are communicative, structured, and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
