In this role, you acquire and develop customers, recognize new business opportunities, and sell sophisticated solutions related to IT, Unified Communications, and audio/video technology.

Your tasks

• You acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships.
• You support and further develop existing customers.
• You sell solutions and services in the areas of IT, Collaboration & AV.
• You recognize customer needs and develop suitable solutions together with our specialists.
• You accompany the entire sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract.
• You build a sustainable sales pipeline and identify new market and business potentials.

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT, ICT, voice, or AV environment
• Good understanding of modern IT, communication, and collaboration solutions
• Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition as well as in closing sophisticated deals
• An existing network and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a strong will to close deals characterize you
• Confident appearance at the management level, strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as very good German skills (English is an advantage)
