PEGA Specialist as Lead Business & System Architect (76037) Task For a customer from public administration, we are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business & System Architect. In this long-term project assignment, you will play a central role in the design and further development of modern business applications. We are looking for an experienced personality with 5-10 years of practical experience who will accompany our customers in the successful implementation of innovative Pega solutions and drive sustainable digital transformations. In this position, you combine business and IT, translate complex requirements into viable solution architectures, and convince through your strong advisory competence as well as your pronounced consulting background. Your tasks: Application of Pega Blueprint in customer projects to efficiently transfer business needs into architecture and implementation concepts and to create sound decision-making bases for stakeholders Independent end-to-end implementation of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) directly at the customer - including solution design, implementation, validation, and presentation of the results Technical management and guidance of interdisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient implementation of Pega-based solutions Advising customers at eye level on Pega functionalities, architecture principles, best practices, as well as transformation and optimization approaches Use of Pega App Studio to demonstrate standard functionalities, workflows, and designs live and to convey a tangible vision of the target solution Driving workflow transformation through the strategic use of pre-configured Pega components and the consistent application of Pega Best Practices Conception and design of robust IT solutions and business processes, including via BPMN modeling, process design, and coordination of technical solution architectures Conducting and moderating workshops for requirement gathering, solution finding, and prioritization as well as active stakeholder management Application of agile methods (Scrum) for the iterative provision of added value and for the structured control of project progress After the induction period, you will work 2 days on-site in Zollikofen near Bern. The workload is 80%.
