This is what you bring. • You have further training as a leadership specialist, Leadership SVF, specialist certificate for public transport specialists, or you have already gained solid leadership experience. • It is an advantage if you have an affinity for public transport and several years of experience in control and customer service. • You are familiar with the world of tariffs and national transport. • You are a flexible, resilient person with high social skills, good communication skills, and assertiveness. • You appreciate the benefits of irregular working hours, including Sundays and public holidays, as well as at night, and you are flexible. • A category B driver's license is necessary for this position, and category D is an advantage. • With your stylish German language skills and good English and Italian language skills, you round off your profile.
