RONDO is a globally active Swiss mechanical engineering company that manufactures bakery machines for rolling and shaping dough. RONDO's headquarters is located in Burgdorf – globally, the RONDO Group has seven subsidiaries and two sales offices.

Then take on a key role in Business Development with us and successfully drive new products, markets, and ideas forward.

This activity is your passion
At the center is a deep understanding of the core markets – their countries, customer segments, and needs. You analyze, research, and identify, and derive potentials and trends from them. You gain the necessary market proximity through direct exchange with customers and the subsidiaries – additionally at selected trade fairs and events. To obtain the decisive information, you build alliances and a sustainable network with industry, trade, and foodservice partners.

You condense your findings into trend analyses, business cases, and forecasts that support strategic decisions. In the market team, you exchange ideas closely with product management, technology, and sales, contribute relevant market insights from the individual countries, and thereby also provide impulses for the further development of products and services. At the same time, you prepare your findings so that sales can develop concrete go-to-market strategies from them and the management receives a sound basis for the further development of the corporate and market strategy.

In exchange rounds with the sales teams, you question established patterns, bring in new perspectives, and convince with facts – assertiveness is required here. In short: Your work combines analysis and research with networking, communication, and persuasiveness.

You have a completed degree in business administration, food technology, agricultural sciences, or a comparable education and bring a good understanding of market structures and trends. In interdisciplinary cooperation, you appear convincingly and with the necessary assertiveness. German is mandatory for cooperation at the Burgdorf location, English for international business; for the necessary presence on-site, you are ideally locally anchored.
