For the Kirchacker area, the associated school properties, and the Rhyfallhalle, we are looking for a dynamic and reliable personality as a Caretaker (80 - 100%) Your future main tasks Thorough and independent cleaning of all interior rooms and usable areas Maintenance of the outdoor areas, including landscaping work and winter service Independent completion of minor repairs and general house service work Monitoring and care of the building technical systems (heating, sanitary, and electrical systems) Accompanying and coordinating external partners during service, maintenance, and cleaning work Organization and provision of infrastructure for events in the Rhyfallhalle Ideally, you bring with you Training as a caretaker with a federal diploma (eidg.
