Operator Pilot

 Job description OPERATOR PILOTE Schedule in 2 or 3 teams according to production plan DESIRED PROFILE • Technical CFC preferred or deemed equivalent training. • Particular knowledge: basic computer tools (Word, SAP, Excel, Access..). • Ability to perform various tasks related to the chemical industry: assembly, disassembly and cleaning of manufacturing elements (pump, valve, pipes, -), • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly • Strong technical orientation • Ability to generate ideas for improving processes • Ability to integrate into the team MAIN TASKS • Ensure the optimal operation of the manufacturing facility and maintain a handwritten protocol of the different points of the prescription • Take control samples in a reliable manner • Apply safety instructions and respect manufacturing prescriptions and directives • Support the technical pilot agent in training new associates, temporary employees and apprentices. • Be able to start and stop installations • Enter faulty points into the fault management system (SAP). • Participate in the commissioning of an installation with the various tests that follow • Perform TQM tests on temperature and pressure measurements.
