This is what your everyday life looks like ## • The core task: You convince people of CSS and turn them into customers. • You advise these customers personally, on the phone, via email, or occasionally via video call - in very good German, and preferably in other languages. • Our customer portfolio grows thanks to you through cross-selling and upselling. • You work closely with your colleagues and you support each other in achieving common goals. • Occasionally, you think outside the box and take on additional tasks or project work. What you bring with you ## • First and foremost: It is noticeable that you enjoy being around people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious. • Completed vocational training in the commercial field, retail, or another exciting profession - ideally with customer contact. • Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance industry and have already obtained the VBV certificate - and if not, we will support you with it. • You can respond well to your counterpart, listen, and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments. • Digitalization is not a foreign word to you - you can handle a computer well. • You have a large network of relationships and preferably live in the region.
