Which tasks will you undertake?

You will:

• ensure the technical support of operating equipment and systems as well as the reliable operation of our AGV systems.
• drive the implementation and further development of Kaizen and TPM, create process analyses, and derive targeted improvement measures from them.
• support the introduction of new products, processes, and operating equipment.
• develop new solutions for packaging, storage, transport means, and kitting, as well as optimize warehouse layouts and space utilization.
• support the management team in the development of employees, create training documentation, and conduct instruction and training.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have basic training as a Logistiker*in EFZ or a technical education with several years of experience in logistics.
• have ideally completed further training as a Logistikfachperson or Prozessfachperson.
• are inquisitive, process- and technology-oriented, think analytically, and bring experience with project and Lean methods.
• are proficient in MS Office and have experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• communicate clearly, organize confidently, and enjoy working with people.
• have very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
