Insurance Pension Advisor (BVG) - Workload 80% - 100% On behalf of the Pensionskasse Basel-Stadt, we are looking for an experienced Insurance Pension Advisor (BVG) - Workload 80% - 100% for the management of active insured members. In this demanding role in a digital environment, you will independently process the following business cases: entries, incorporation of vested benefits, increases, reductions, exits, examination and processing of applications within the framework of home ownership promotion, implementation of pension equalization in the event of divorce, voluntary buy-ins, coordination of partial retirement, etc. In addition, you are the contact person for HR managers and for individual inquiries from insured persons, make the necessary clarifications for the implementation of individual business cases, handle demanding correspondence, perform deputy tasks, and participate in testing and projects. To fill this exciting position, we are looking for candidates with at least three years of experience in the field of occupational pension schemes, particularly in the processing of various business cases in the area of active insured members. You possess solid initial and further education (KV/Matura/Berufsmatura, possibly certified specialist in personnel pension schemes or social insurance) as well as a quick grasp and are used to working independently, process-oriented, and networked. You have proficient German language skills (French/English an advantage) and can explain complex issues in a reader-friendly manner.
