 What you do with us • You accompany digital editions (apps, web solutions, CMS) from planning to release and are responsible for the quality assurance of the end product, as well as its further development. • You are the internal and external contact person for questions regarding the digital implementation of teaching and learning media. Project management is not a foreign word to you. • You coordinate the entire production process and prepare data for digital output channels, including data formatting in common programs. • You are responsible for ensuring that the digital teaching and learning media are barrier-free. • You work closely with external developer*s and you jointly develop solutions for specific conversion implementations.  What you bring with you • You have completed vocational training as a Mediamatiker*in or an equivalent education and have solid knowledge of common media processing programs. • You have experience with digital publication forms (app, web) and their workflows, are familiar with new media as well as technologies such as CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Python and XML. • You have interest or already have experience with Content Management Systems and understand their functionality and structure. • AI is not a foreign word to you and your prompts make sense and support you in your work. • You want to get to know and understand the publishing industry, see errors as sources of learning and enjoy facing new challenges. • Technical know-how in the creation of classic book layout is an advantage. • You enjoy working in a team and take on responsibility together with your teammates. • Temporary stress motivates you rather than intimidating you, you can recognize priorities well and have learned to estimate which level of work effort is proportionate when. • You enjoy working independently, are flexible and also prepared to understand complex contexts and think in networks.  What we offer you • We offer comfortable working conditions in pleasant office premises near the Berner Bahnhof. • Your workplace is equipped with the latest software and hardware and home office is also a matter of course for us. • We are a self-organized, young and creative team that is motivated by challenges and takes a solution-oriented approach. • We have an open ear for you, take your requirements and concerns seriously and look for solutions together with you.
