Project Manager in Plants

This is what you can achieve. • As a Project Manager in Plants, you are responsible for multidisciplinary projects in the area of maintenance plants (up to around 5 Mio. CHF) throughout Switzerland, at various locations. • You ensure that goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and safety are achieved. • From the study to the handover, you accompany all project phases in close collaboration with internal and external partners. • You create project bases, define orders, and procure external services. • In your role, you lead and develop interdisciplinary project teams and create a motivating work environment. Additionally, you promote innovations and drive optimization processes forward. A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as initiative characterize you. • Even in challenging situations, you keep an overview and convince with your appreciative and clear demeanor. • Several years of professional experience in leading complex projects in the environment of industrial production are desired, ideally in the areas of industrial manufacturing / production lines. • You have a university or college degree in the field of mechanical engineering or a similar field, ideally supplemented with a business management further education. • Your Italian language skills are at a native speaker level (C2), your German is negotiation-secure (at least C1).
