To complement our team, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter/in Service-Center Chemische Spezialitªten (m/w/d) at our location in D¡llikon. Your tasks: Ensure the workflows in the overall Swiss sales and administration; Take written and oral customer orders and process orders from our international suppliers using the ERP system; Calculate offers according to guidelines and present them to customers (written and telephone) as well as follow up on offers; Manage the specific product range (stock monitoring to reordering); Process customer complaints; Provide administrative support to field staff. You have: Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education and experience in the supply chain as well as an interest in the chemical-technical environment; Professional experience in supply chain management and flair for numbers; Negotiation skills and assertiveness; Good user knowledge of the MS Office palette and experience with an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning); Mother tongue German or French with good English skills are an advantage; Team ability, pleasure in dealing with external and internal claim groups, reliability, flexibility, independence, and a precise work style complement your profile.
