Clerk Internal Sales Export 100%

For our customer, a world-leading and innovative Swiss technology company in the Flamatt region, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented personality as a Clerk Internal Sales & Export (100%), temporary, from immediately or by arrangement until approx. March 2027.

Your main tasks:

• Independent and smooth order processing from the customer inquiry to timely delivery.
• Interface function and coordination between customers, Supply Chain, and internal specialist departments to ensure delivery readiness.
• Processing of international transports including the complete shipping, customs, and export processes (SAP GTS / AEB).
• Processing of customer orders, complaints, and returns (RMA).
• Maintenance and optimization of sales master data as well as administration of customer portals.
• Compliance with export regulations and guidelines (e.g., "Known Consignor").

Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training.
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or in order processing.
• Proven experience in export and in an international environment.
• Business fluent German and very good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications as well as sound experience with SAP SD (ideally with AEB interface).
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working as well as strong service orientation.
