As the IT service and competence center of the Cantonal Administration Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden. As the Amt für Informatik, we are looking for an ICT Technology Architect to start immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility * You observe and assess new technologies in and in relation to the administration, currently with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Services * You develop technical target architectures and define architectural principles, standards and technological guardrails for our administration * You advise our specialist departments on the selection of suitable technologies and platforms * You assist in the further development of our Microsoft-Azure platform as well as SaaS/PaaS services * You analyze existing application landscapes and develop strategies for their modernization * You ensure compatibility between innovation, information security, data protection, operation and governance What we want from you * A university degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with further training in AI, cloud architectures or IT security * Several years of professional experience in the areas of cloud computing, SaaS/PaaS and hybrid architectures or IT security * Experience in the modernization and migration of applications and platforms * Understanding of architecture frameworks, governance and security requirements * Strong communication skills and a structured, team-oriented way of working * Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage Our advantages Flexible working time models and, where possible, including home office and mobile working Work-life balance with at least 5 weeks of vacation and long-service leave Special social allowance in addition to the child allowance and support for third-party childcare of children Attractive salary and social benefits Diverse training and further education opportunities Opportunity to help shape the future of the canton [Learn more about our advantages](< >) Place of work Amt für Informatik Rosenweg 4 7001 Chur Do you have questions?
