Your Tasks

Professional Responsibility

• Management and inclusive further development of the soap division
• Planning, organisation and coordination of production processes
• Independent and structured work guidance of 4-8 employees with disability pension
• Quality control as well as participation in product development and design
• Contribution to the visibility of the products (e.g. product sales)

Educational Responsibility

• Support and promotion of people with mental impairments in everyday work
• Key worker role for around 12 employees: status assessments, support planning and implementation
• Case management in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
• Documentation according to cantonal requirements
• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team

Your Profile

• Completed training as a work educator, social pedagogue HF/FH or qualified care professional EFZ
• Craft or technical interest and/or prior training or professional experience in the production sector
• Ideally professional experience in supporting people with mental impairments
• Resilient, empathetic and structured personality with high social competence and strong quality awareness
• Experience with disability insurance measures is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Very good written communication skills for reports and documentation
