What awaits you

• Personnel and technical leadership as well as training of a team of specialist advisors Health Pension Provision
• Setting of sales targets in consultation with the General Agent
• Planning and implementation of market development measures
• Management and expansion of your own customer portfolio
• Needs-oriented 360° customer advice in all insurance matters
• Promoting cooperation with our all-branch and V&V advisors

What you bring with you

• Joy and ability to lead and motivate a team of specialist advisors Health Pension Provision
• Inspiring leader mentality paired with the motivation to inspire people and drive projects forward
• Proven track record in the insurance industry with a focus on the health insurance sector
• Passed intermediary exam (VBV) is required
• Confident German skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages an advantage
• Good networking in the region
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as high commitment and initiative
• Assertiveness, communication strength and negotiation skills
• Further training in the areas of insurance, sales and leadership desired
