To ensure our service technicians are at the right place at the right time and our customers are supported quickly and reliably, we are looking for an engaged and organizationally strong personality for our service dispatch, effective immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Processing all customer concerns by telephone and in writing
• Recording incoming and existing customer orders
• Dispatching the daily service tours of our service technicians
• Processing customer inquiries until billing
• Collaboration in process optimization
• Preparation and follow-up of internal/external meetings
• Support of the project team in appointment organization and administrative activities
• General secretarial tasks. Telephone, mail, organization of events

What you bring with you:

• Professional experience in dispatching
• Commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Open and winning personality with strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented, structured, and reliable planning working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good MS-Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
