Tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC turning machines
• Programming, optimizing and adjusting CNC programs
• Independent performance of quality control of the manufactured parts using modern measuring tools
• Maintenance and care of the machines as well as ensuring a smooth production process
• Cooperation with other departments for the continuous improvement of processes

Qualifications

• Completed training as a polymechanic
• Professional experience in the field of CNC turning
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Knowledge in the programming of CNC controls (optimally Siemens and if applicable SolidCam)
• Independent, precise and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and commitment
