We are a renowned company in the fields of fiduciary, taxation, auditing, law and real estate, which has made a name for itself in eastern Switzerland through its personal commitment. In order to continue to offer optimal service to our internal and external clients at the Embrach site, we are looking for a junior real estate manager with assistant function 80-100 % (m/f/d) for our Embrach site - as soon as possible or by arrangement

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU

• You actively support the team leader in the management of the real estate portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and condominium properties
• You are the direct interlocutor for tenants, co-owners, concierges and artisans
• You autonomously perform administrative and organizational tasks in a digital environment
• Depending on your affinity and experience, you take on additional tasks such as apartment handovers
• You occasionally carry out administrative work in the fiduciary field

WHAT ENABLES YOU TO SUCCEED

• You have completed a basic commercial training
• You have additional training in real estate management
• You have at least three years of professional experience as a real estate manager
• You are service-oriented and work in a precise and efficient manner
• You have excellent knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an asset
• You are a communicative person and resistant to stress
