Accompany children in daily life and in specific interventions of their personalized project Actively participate in the animation of educational classes Collaborate on the quality of care and the monitoring of the personalized project of the children entrusted to their group, in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Ensure relations with the parents of the children entrusted to the group in collaboration with the other reference educators and the management of the home Contribute to an optimal circulation of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution Participate in the development of the Pôle Enfance Adolescence Must hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant. Professional experience with children in situations of disability. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Mastery of usual IT tools. Swiss nationality or valid permit. Driver's license.
