Due to a illness-related failure, we are looking ++immediately for a limited period of 3 -- 4 months++ for a flexible, adaptable and professionally competent person as <br /> <br /> Your tasks are ... • Administrative processing of entries and exits, including creation and maintenance of personnel files • Independent execution of payroll processing for around 140 employees using Abacus (after successful training) • Registration and deregistration with social and personal insurance companies (AHV, BVG, accident and sickness benefit insurance), as well as administration of child allowances and withholding tax • Maintenance and updating of employee master data as well as management of work and residence permits • Recording and processing of absences due to illness, accident, maternity, paternity or military service • Notifications to insurance companies as well as monitoring of deadlines and control of continued pay • Control of work reports and their processing in Abacus <br /> You bring: • Completed commercial training and several years of practice in HR administration including payroll processing • A completed further training in the HR area, e.g. as a personnel assistant HRSE or Payroll Manager is an advantage • Good and current Abacus knowledge as well as a skilled handling of common MS Office applications • Service-oriented, structured and thoughtful way of working • Communicative, open personality who likes to get involved and can quickly integrate into a new team Interested?
