This includes, in addition to the main building, the «Haus am Bach», a specialized residential area with 20 units for people with dementia. To expand the team, we are looking for a motivated, committed and experienced person as Head of Finance & Services 80-100% Your tasks: Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FIBU / BEBU, monthly / quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, reporting) Member of the management board; participation in strategic and operational decision-making processes Responsibility for services & administration (administration, complaint management, telephone, reception), personnel administration and HR services (payroll and social insurance accounting) Leadership, development and coordination of the service and admin team Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards Your profile: Completed higher commercial or business education (UNI/FH/HF) and many years of experience, e.g. in trust, controlling, finance Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as knowledge in HR administration, preferably in a social or health organization Several years of management experience and experience in change projects Outstanding social, leadership and communication skills, high resilience and structured work approach.
