Your tasks

Guest care: Warm welcome, seating of guests, and competent advice regarding food and drink selection.

Service process: Smooth serving of food and drinks (à la carte and event service) according to our quality standards.

Cash register system: Independent ordering and billing via the electronic POS cash register system.

Mise en Place: Preparation of service stations, setting the tables, and ensuring a clean, inviting ambiance.

Collaboration: Close and professional communication with the kitchen and bar team for efficient processes.

Your profile

Experience: Professional experience in restaurant service and BAR (training in gastronomy is an advantage, but not a must with sufficient experience and appropriate motivation).
Guest focus: Joy in interacting with people, strong service orientation, and a well-groomed appearance.
Resilience: Maintain calm and an overview – even when the restaurant is full.

Languages: Very good German skills; English or further language skills are an advantage.
Team spirit: Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding working hours (shift, evening, and weekend services).
