You take over the overall responsibility for the commercial management of the administrative and financial assets and ensure with your team the professional implementation of all management tasks. You are responsible for the overall control of strategic principles as well as for the operational implementation. With a vision, you create sustainable instruments and drive the modernization and digitization of a contemporary real estate management, including rental, lease and construction law. You are responsible for good data quality, uniform management standards and the continuous optimization of processes. Effective risk management, active representation of the directorate in commissions and the response to political initiatives round off the interesting range of tasks. For this demanding leadership role, you require a degree as a federally certified real estate trustee or a university degree (uni/FH) in business or real estate economics or similar. You can bring a performance record in real estate management. As an established leader, you ideally have knowledge of public administration management.
