Job description
Children's hearts fly towards you! When children play, jump, and laugh, you finally find peace. As a co-educator, you show full commitment across several groups and are a valuable support for the group leaders. You represent the group leaders during holiday absences and demonstrate your leadership skills in the process. Further training is a matter of course for us. Exciting additional functions and career opportunities await you. We take note of your wishes and goals in development talks and plan your development together. To complement our «Fugu» Kinderkrippen-Team Wädenswil, we are looking for a co-educator 35% immediately or by arrangement
Tasks

Care and promotion of the children in everyday life
Constructive cooperation with the group leader and support in everyday life
Assistance in planning and carrying out excursions
Assistance in planning and implementing regular parent events
Professional parental work
Independent management of the children's group according to our pedagogical principles, as well as independent assumption of all related activities in the absence of the group leader

Requirements

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, specialization childcare
Resilience and great commitment in working with children
Reliable, independent, and organized way of working
Motivation, joy, and interest in working with children and the team
Positive and professional appearance
Work location «Fugu» Kinderkrippen are a private company that has set itself the goal of expanding family-supplementary childcare at attractive locations. The «Fugu» Krippe is located in the heart of the Hangenmoos housing estate in Wädenswil. We have 360 m2 of bright, modern, and spacious rooms available to us, which we have designed to be child-friendly and furnished cozily. The nursery is designed for 3 groups.
