For our Monthey agency, we are looking for a:                                Electricity Consultant (m/f) at 100%                                 Your mission: You acquire and manage mandates for the selection of qualified personnel for permanent or temporary placements in various sectors. You are responsible for analyzing client needs, from commercial follow-up until the conclusion of contracts. As part of your mandates, you are in charge of sourcing candidates, recruitment, as well as the selection of qualified candidates using structured HR processes. You conduct interviews independently, you evaluate personality profiles, and prepare application files for our clients. Through your methodical work on the market and your business sense, you nurture and develop a network of clients and candidates in order to optimally satisfy their mutual needs. Your responsibilities include in particular the following tasks: • Recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel • Acquisition of new clients • Development and loyalty of the clientele • Contractual negotiation • Regular visits to clients and prospects • Compliance with contractual conditions in accordance with Manpower framework directives (general conditions, collaboration contracts, CCT, Swissstaffing, etc.) • Compliance with internal processes • Interviews, reference checks, and establishment of work certificates • Creation of advertisements • Salary negotiation • Being active on social media • Administrative tasks: • Control of weekly time sheets of temporary employees • Correspondence Your profile: • Commercial training, CFC in electricity, sanitary, or proven experience in construction trades • Successful experience in a placement agency is an asset • Knowledge of the Valais and Chablais economic fabric • Ease in human relations and business sense • Strong taste for the commercial part: prospecting calls, client visits, events, etc. • Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic, and dynamic • Mastery of standard IT tools and social networks • French native speaker with good knowledge of English (B2 level, especially oral), Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish would be an asset • Driver's license and vehicle (mandatory condition) If you recognize yourself in this profile, apply without further delay via our WEB recruitment portal.
