A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

The spa therapist performs professional massages and body treatments for clients. They must have an in-depth knowledge of many massage methods, a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in a specific range of massage and body treatments. Excellent communication skills. Ensure a high level of customer service.

A true chameleon of the spa and wellness universe, you will perform treatments booked by clients professionally and according to the standards and protocols of the various brands, Dr Burgener & Esse: massages, facial treatments, body treatments. You will draw the attention of clients to the Spa and its facilities (Wet, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness) thanks to your bold welcome. You will stimulate clients' curiosity about the Spa's à la carte treatments and products and you will position yourself as a salesperson. You will be responsible for welcoming and checking out clients according to W Verbier standards; the preparation of the treatment room as well as the cleanliness of the Spa and the rooms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Extroverted, playful, sociable, attentive, helpful and available.
Proficient in French and English
Love working in an international and bold team
Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image
BTS// CFC Esthetics/cosmetics or equivalent
Previous experience in 5*
