Your contribution

• Assume responsibility for the direction and administration of processes concerning infrastructure, optimize the resources of the <<Preparation and exercise>> sector and provide the necessary indicators for this purpose as well as the divergences between the regulatory state and the real state based on periodic reports
• Organize and manage your own sector regarding relevant processes in ordinary and extraordinary situations as well as assume responsibility for the results
• Guarantee adequate communication at the hierarchical level between your sector, the superior and the sectors to which you provide technical/informative assistance
• Ensure the required readiness for use and an economic, safe and legally compliant management of all real estate according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the representative of the owners
• Guarantee support for tenants, users, managers, owners as well as representatives of Construction Management during the elaboration of requirements, integrating aspects related to management
• In compliance with directives and superior instructions, issue the technical directives relevant to your sector as well as guarantee their respect and application

What distinguishes you

• Higher education (e.g., SUP, SSQEA) or equivalent training with relative experience and documented practice
• Post-graduate course or study in business administration
• Specialist knowledge in process management, EED/IT (MS-Office), purchasing, organization, work preparation, planning and production management
• Experience acquired in the field of service processes of an army logistics center in the field of real estate, controlling, quality management and finance
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position and profitable participation in specialist and project work
• Solid knowledge in the IT field and SAP R/3, knowledge of ARIS (methodology and tools)

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistic services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
