Replacements or replacement teachers in special education within our Ecole sector Ecole Sgipa is a specialized, private, and subsidized secondary II establishment, which welcomes nearly 150 students presenting learning disabilities and significant academic delay. The special education teams and psychologists accompany students in the construction of an individualized project adapted to their capacities and their professional objectives. The curriculum of Ecole Sgipa is organized into two distinct cycles. Cycle 1 is a preparatory cycle that welcomes students who need to evolve at the level of their autonomy. It focuses on the development of their pre-professional, academic, and social skills to allow each student to construct an individualized and realistic professional project. Cycle 2 is a finalization cycle, lasting one to two years. It promotes progression on academic and professional axes. Students there concretize their professional project and orient themselves towards the world of work with or without complementary training. In order to complete our teams, we are looking for: Replacements or replacement teachers in special education within our Ecole sector You will be called upon for replacement situations in the supervision functions of our beneficiaries. Your main mission will be to ensure classes in conformity with the pedagogical line of the institution, to assume the accompaniment of students in the activities assigned to them and to collaborate with the members of the school's team of professionals. Your profile Holder of a Bachelor in psychology or in educational sciences, a HETS diploma in social work or currently studying in one of these trainings ideally followed by complementary training in special pedagogy, or holder of a master's in a taught subject and accompanied by teaching experience; Experience in the field of supervision of young people with special educational needs, in special education and/or in social education; Knowledge of the geneva socio-educational network; Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The replacement teacher is free to accept or not the proposed replacement situations. Contract type: occasional type hourly contract (salary determined according to the level of diploma). Replacement personnel under occasional contract are also insured with our pension fund, from the first hours of replacement.
