Your field of activity ###

• You are in direct contact with people of different origins and languages, work in a collegial and motivated team and, as a routine personality, support the various stakeholder groups of Luzerner Kantonsspital professionally and with commitment
• You record and maintain patient master data and ensure technically correct case management in SAP healthcare (IS-H). Patient safety, correct identification and cost assurance represent central components of your daily work
• You actively participate in shaping processes, optimize workflows and promote interdisciplinary cooperation within our company
• You work in a dynamic company in the healthcare sector; assignments on Sundays and public holidays are also part of your activities

Your experience ###

• You have completed vocational training EFZ in the commercial field or have commercial or medical training and further education with corresponding professional experience (e.g., doctor's office, hospital or health insurance company)
• You are an open-minded and communicative personality, value direct contact with people, encounter them with empathy and maintain the necessary calm even in hectic situations
• You are characterized by flexibility, a high orientation towards service and good organizational talent
• You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, bring good oral skills in another language (e.g. French, Italian or Spanish) and possess good IT skills. Ideally, you already have experience with the SAP module IS-H
