Your tasks • Outbound telephony in the B2B and B2C sector • Telephone calls partly according to a guideline, partly with your own natural wording • Professional advice, appointment scheduling and sales conversations • Documentation of the conversations in our customers' CRM system or in Google Drive • Close cooperation with our team to continuously improve the quality of our services What you bring with you • Joy in making calls and interacting with people • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance • A good sense for conversations and interest in sales • Reliability as well as a structured way of working • Swiss German is a matter of course for you and you can converse confidently and naturally with our customers. Career changers are also very welcome! Experience in a call center is not a must; motivation, willingness to learn and joy in communication are much more important.
